Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

At Momentum AG, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information CAMS collects when you use our platform at cams.momentum.ag or our mobile app, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Momentum AG. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information — but no system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute protection.

1. What Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you create an account or use CAMS, we may collect information that can identify you, such as:

  • Your name and job title;
  • Your company or agency name;
  • Your email address, phone number, and mailing address;
  • Date of birth (where required for verification);
  • Payment and billing details;
  • IP address; and
  • Records of any communications you have with our support team.

Usage and Technical Data

We also collect information about how you interact with CAMS, which may or may not be linked to your identity. This includes:

  • Your IP address and general location;
  • The type of device and browser you’re using;
  • How you found us (the referring page or search terms that brought you to cams.momentum.ag);
  • How you navigate the platform, including pages visited and features used; and
  • Activity logs and feedback you submit while using the platform.

Third-Party Analytics Tools

We use analytics and performance tools provided by third parties to help us understand how CAMS is used and where we can improve. These tools are generally designed to work with non-identifiable data. Because these tools are operated by independent companies, we don’t have full visibility into everything they collect or how they handle it — we recommend reviewing their privacy policies if you have concerns.

Device and App Data

When you install or update the CAMS mobile app, we may automatically collect basic technical details to ensure the app is functioning correctly, including your device make and model, IP address, app version, and installation or update timestamps.

Third-Party Integrations

CAMS may connect to or display content from third-party services. When you interact with those integrations, information may be shared directly with that third party — outside our control. We’re not responsible for how those services collect or use your data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you engage with through CAMS.

Data About Other Individuals

If you upload or enter information about other people into CAMS — such as client or policyholder records — you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share that information with us and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws.

2. How We Use Your Information

To Provide and Manage Your Account

This includes setting up and managing your account, verifying your identity, processing payments, sending you important account-related communications (like renewal reminders or billing notices), and responding to your support requests.

To Operate and Improve CAMS

We analyze how the platform is used so we can fix problems, improve features, and build a better product. This includes diagnosing technical issues, measuring how effectively our tools work, reviewing feedback and complaints, and validating payment information to prevent fraud. We may also use usage data to tailor our communications to you and to let you know about features or updates we think you’d find useful.

With Your Permission

Where we rely on your consent, we may send you marketing communications about Momentum AG products and services, use cookies and similar tracking technologies, and access certain information stored on your device. You can withdraw your consent at any time, though this won’t affect anything we’ve already done on the basis of that consent.

To Meet Our Legal Obligations

We may use or disclose your information to respond to lawful requests from government or law enforcement, to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats, and to enforce our Terms of Service or defend against legal claims.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may share it with trusted service providers — such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics platforms — who help us operate CAMS. Those providers only receive the information they need to do their job and are contractually required to keep it confidential.

We comply with all applicable anti-spam laws. Any marketing emails we send will include a clear way to opt out, and we’ll honor those requests promptly. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing use.

4. Your Agricultural Data

Crop records, insurance policy data, and agency information you manage through CAMS belong to you. We process this data only to deliver the Services you’ve asked for — we don’t analyze it for our own benefit, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or use it in ways you haven’t authorized. We treat this data with a high standard of confidentiality consistent with the nature of the agricultural industry and applicable law.

5. Data Security

Protecting your data is a core responsibility we take seriously. We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security);
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest;
  • Role-based access controls that limit who within Momentum AG can access your data;
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring; and
  • Secure, redundant data backups to support business continuity.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@momentum.ag.

6. Your Rights

You have meaningful rights over your personal information. Specifically, you may:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct — ask us to update or fix inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Delete — request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions;
  • Restrict — ask us to limit how we process your information in certain circumstances;
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the opt-out link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly; and
  • Data portability — request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format where technically feasible.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@momentum.ag or by mail at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. Please note that some requests may be limited where we have a legal obligation to retain certain data or where fulfilling the request would affect the rights of others.

7. Children’s Privacy

CAMS is intended for use by adults in a professional agricultural business context and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it and any associated data promptly.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. When we make material changes, we’ll let you know — either through a notice on the CAMS platform, by email, or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.

9. Questions & Contact
