I have a rich background in agriculture, having been raised among cotton fields in the Mississippi Delta, where I developed a deep respect for agriculture and hard work, laying the foundation for my career.

I started in the legal field as a paralegal, where I sharpened my attention to detail and learned the ropes of rural business. However, my heart remained with agriculture, leading me to pivot to the ag industry in 2005.

My journey in agricultural finance kicked off at Regions Bank, diving into Ag Lending. There, I had the opportunity to support farmers directly, helping them through the financial aspects of farming. Later, at Southern Ag Credit (Farm Credit), I further honed my skills in agricultural lending.

Since 2011, I’ve been working as a crop insurance agent and support specialist, blending my finance expertise with a commitment to safeguard farmers’ hard work. With over 15 years in the ag industry, my career reflects not just professional expertise but a genuine love for the land.
