Jenita understands farm and ranch insurance because she’s a rancher.
My husband Justin and I live outside of Onida, SD. I grew up on a family ranch raising cattle and horses in Nebraska. In 2012, I received my bachelor’s degree in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Chadron State College.
Before becoming an agent, I worked as a Rangeland Management Specialist for the USDA-NRCS in New Mexico and South Dakota. I still work with ranchers in grazing management strategies to increase profitability without depleting their pasture resources. My mission is to do whatever I can to help family operations succeed and pass their legacy onto the next generation.

Because I grew up on a ranch, I’ve been in the ag industry most of my life. My passion lies with family ag operations. While my education may be centered around grasslands and grazing, I believe that all facets of ag are important and working for farmers and ranchers is what I’ve always felt God was calling me to.
