VIRTUAL PRIMARY CARE
- Your virtual TytoCare visit provides the physician with high-quality digital sounds of the heart and lungs, high-quality digital images and video of the ears, throat, and skin and measures heart rate and body temperature.
- A TytoCare device lets you perform guided medical exams with a healthcare provider.
- The user-friendly app and clinician dashboard work in real-time to provide a live image and data stream from you to your provider.

When am I allowed to make enrollment updates?

You may make changes when you experience a Qualifying Event. These events include loss of other coverage, birth or adoption of a child, loss of a family member, getting married or divorced, or turning age 26 while on your parents’ insurance.
Additionally, you can make changes when you renew your coverage for the following year. You will have 60 days before the effective date to make these changes.

New employer groups can enroll through MOMENTUM AG any month of the year.

Our team will work closely with you to make sure that all of the doctors and hospitals you need are included in our provider network before you sign on the dotted line. We want you to be happy with our coverage and we want you to know you have the peace of mind that you can see the providers you need to see.
